|As needed||2 avocados, halved, then chopped into bite size pieces|
|As needed||1 large ripe tomato, diced|
|As needed||1/3 cup fresh basil, finely chopped|
|As needed||2T olive oil|
|As needed||2T balsamic vinegar|
Toss all ingredients together. Enjoy! The ingredients are flexible. Avocado goes well with whatever is on hand. Add a pinch of lime, salt or cilantro if you prefer.
