The avocado industry have been growing rapidly in recent years, and with the increasing demand for these healthy and delicious fruits, the need for quality nursery plants has also grown. That’s where the Hass and Maluma varieties of avocado come in. At our avocado nursery, we pride ourselves on producing top-notch plants with the capacity to provide 60,000 and 100,000 plants per year respectively.
Starting from the very beginning, our avocado plants are grown from carefully selected seeds, ensuring high-quality genetics and vigorous growth. We also pay special attention to the rootstock, ensuring it is disease-free and compatible with the scions (the desired top part of the plant). Our grafting process is done under strict conditions to ensure a successful union between the rootstock and scion, resulting in a strong and healthy plant.
After the grafting process is complete, the plants are nurtured in our state-of-the-art nursery facilities where they receive the utmost care and attention. We use specialized techniques to promote vigorous growth, including proper watering, fertilization, and pest management. Our team of experienced horticulturists closely monitors every stage of growth, ensuring that the plants are receiving the best possible care.
When it comes to planting, we follow a systematic approach to ensure the best start for our avocado plants. The planting process involves proper site selection, preparation of the planting hole, and careful transplanting of the young trees. Our team is well-trained in all aspects of planting, and we make sure to follow all GAP procedures to ensure the highest quality plants for our customers.
